At SMS we believe in developing our music workforce, enabling them to use up-to-date teaching methods and fully understand the needs of each learner. To this end our professional teachers receive ongoing training, monitoring and support from our senior team. We are incredibly proud of our brilliant teaching team.

SEND - our teachers receive regular training in SEND and use adaptive teaching to include all learners. We are passionate believers in equity and inclusion. We provide in-depth training and support in neurodiversity. Examples of recent CPD include: Relational Practice, Emotion Coaching and Polyvagal theory.
