Here at Sussex Music School all of our profits are invested back into local Music projects and initiatives to support and promote Music for all. Below are examples of some of the projects we are funding this year along with information about how to make a donation.

IN this new initiative we will be looking at ways of supplying sets of instruments to schools and fund matching to buy resources for class music lessons - watch this space for full details.

MUSIC SCHOLARSHIPS

This year we will be offering music scholarships for some of our Pupil Premium Pupils across Sussex. Teachers will nominate exceptional students who show promise, commitment and dedication to support their further training.

FREE PLACES FOR PUPIL PREMIUM

Whenever we run workshops, choirs or summer schools we always seek to provide as many free places as we can for pupil remium pupils.

FREE INSTRUMENT HIRE FOR PUPIL PREMIUM PUPILS IN SCHOOLS

Working alongside our partner schools who fund the lessons, we are delighted to be able to provide all pupil premium students learning with SMS in schools free instrument hire and music books for 2021 and beyond. We believe that music can be incredibly beneficial for learning and development and never want a child to struggle with access to an instrument if they would like to learn with us.
