LIZZIE

Liz relocated to East Sussex in early 2020 to be closer to family, having run several large music and performing arts departments throughout the course of her career. She is an experienced music teacher using a wide range of resources, including music technology, to deliver an inspiring curriculum. As a choral director Liz has toured to Europe and also internationally with her school choirs and has achieved notable success in several choir competitions along the way. As a musical theatre director Liz has taken successful school productions to perform at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival over the years, and continues to be involved in the performing arts, running holiday courses for local children. Since moving to Sussex, Liz has set up an online teaching service offering tuition across the grades in singing (classical and musical theatre), piano and music theory. She also trained as an ABRSM Performance examiner. Liz has a continued passion for both high quality music provision and musical performance and enjoys collaborating with others to support young people with their musical development.
