Originally a singer , Jamie was introduced to rhythm by Saxophonist and Composer Trevor Watts who handed him a drum during one of  his workshops because nobody else was playing one  From there a passion for percussion, drums and world music was born.

Jamie has played drums and percussion across the globe from the Gobi Desert to Mongolia and beyond.

 As a teacher and leader of workshops Jamie has 20 years experience. He's worked extensively in schools but also in the  sectors of Mental Health and Learning Disabilities.
