DOROTTYA

I am a highly trained professional cellist (acoustic & electric) based in Worthing performing on weddings, corporate events and concerts all over the country. I have performed as the principal cellist in various orchestras in multiple countries in Europe and have arranged an array of classical, fusion, pop as well as traditional and modern Bollywood inspired musical selections for various events. I also play  in different shows in the UK such as Candlelight Ensembles, Fulltone Orchestra, Symphonic Ibiza, International Film Orchestra, Symphonix Orchestra, Isle of Wight Symphony Orchestra.I have taken part in a wide variety of exciting projects such as performing live in St.David’s Hall in Cardiff, Birmingham Symphony Hall, Liszt Academy, The Forum in Bath, The Sheldonian Theatre in Oxford. I also working in collaboration with talented contemporary artists. I do quite a lot musical theatre work in Theatre Royal in Bath, Bristol Institute of Performing Arts, The Capitol in Horsham, Kings Theatre in Portsmouth, I have a passion for teaching cello to young people and adults. When not playing I love spending time with my family, walking on the beach and I love cats.
